How It Works

We provide you with a U.S. shipping address that you can use when ordering from an online retailer. Once we receive your shipments, we send you an e-mail or SMS notification. We will store your items free of charge for up to 45 days, during which time our online access enables you to monitor your shipments, request a picture of your shipment or request shipment of your items. Once you request shipment, we'll consolidate and neatly pack all your shipments into one box using our SmartPack service, prepare your customs papers and send your package on its way to you via UPS.
